Design standards

Greenhouse structures are designed in accordance with the type of cultivation and crop and the climatic conditions and topography of the region, as well as the available capital and many other factors. These conditions each have subsets and factors that need to be considered. Design can be done experimentally or in the form of engineering and software, which in the first type requires high experience and in the second type requires both experience and expertise in drawing and working with design software. According to all the conditions described, Mazrae Bekr Company designs and delivers greenhouses to the producers of greenhouse products that are equal to similar Spanish products both in terms of resistance and quality. This design is done experimentally in some structures and in some engineering and software. It is natural that the software mode in many cases has a higher cost, but it is also guaranteed and is completely safe (even in stormy conditions)

Design standards

Standards and regulations have been developed and presented around the world for the construction of greenhouses. Using the Iranian and NGMA regulations of the United States, France, the United Kingdom and several other European and regulations, and by its professional software and design team, the Mazrae Bekr Company has made these designs. Iranian standards and regulations are more stringent than NGMA and some others.

Design based on NGMA standard:

Live pressure of 700 Pascals on horizontal, vertical surfaces

– Live pressure of 950 Pascals on vertical surfaces

The mentioned pressures should be calculated as a combination of dead pressure plus live pressure plus 1.2 times live.

Also, roof frames, longitudinal and transverse beams can create a pressure of 4700 N in the center of the greenhouse opening, which is considered in the calculations.
